Returning an item to us? Make sure before returning to send us an e-mail containing your order number, your name and the reason of return to shopriskybusiness@gmail.com

Items bought on our site are eligble to be returned and refunded within 14 days of your purchase date under one of certain conditions:

• The item was damaged

• You have recieved the wrong item

Ordered items that don't fit will not be refunded, please check the items measurements before purchasing.

Items must be returned to us in its original condition. This means: unworn, unaltered, and odorless.

MISSING AND LOST PACKAGES

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot be held accountable for any missing and/or lost international or domestic packages. Once we send out a package, we no longer have any power over the shipment process. Very rarely does the postal service lose our packages, but if it does happen, we would recommend you contact your local post office with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email for reference, to inquire of its status if it has surpassed 40 business days.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be requested within one hour when the order is placed. After one hour, we are unable to honor cancellation requests. Cancellations requesting a money-back refund will incur a 20% non-refundable fee. This applies to all payment methods.
